Hydroxycut hardcore is basically a caffeine pill with some “proprietary blends” added to it. Since it consists of caffeine in the ingredients, if your body is not used to caffeine, the user may have restlessness and giddiness.

Caffeine & Green Tea - These help to increase your metabolism, energy along with your heart rate and anxiety level. Some people like that feeling some don’t.
Yohimbe - I am not sure what this does to our body and I couldn’t find any documentation or studies that show that Yohimbe encourages weight loss. Although, there are few articles that show that Yohimbe may have a negative side effect on nursing or pregnant women, people with high blood pressure or kidney disease. So, one should take proper precautions.
