There is pure magic involved in just a cup of tea that you prepare daily. There is a lot of important antioxidants and stress reducing chemicals that you get in a cup of warm tea. When you sip on warm tea that is spicy or herbal, you crave less of other stuff that is high in carb. So tea becomes a great choice for being an absolutely zero-calorie drink that you should enjoy daily!
