Cancellations for Ready to Ship products will be accepted before a shipping label is created.  Please note that ready-to-ship items may be shipped the same day the order is received.

Changes to size, firmness, colors, or options will not be allowed. The original received product will also require documented destruction before any replacement is sent out.
